Room43 ~ Event Venue Rental

Located in North Kenwood, ROOM43’s main event space features an impressive entrance that welcomes guests into an open and airy space. The intimate yet spacious historic features are both industrial and elegant, highlighted by exposed brick, heavy timber columns, and hardwood floors. It features a stunning lower level.

 

The space makes the perfect backdrop for corporate events, retail pop-ups, holiday parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, non-profit events, and many other celebrations.

PRICING AND DETAILS:

Rental time include set up and break down. Applicable Fees and Optional upgrade charges are not included in pricing. 

 

Suite (A) is bi-level space with at total capacity of up to 249 guests for both levels 

(Capacity of 150 guests on the main level & Capacity of 99 guests on the lower level/Speak Easy).

Suite A Room Layout must include 6 highboy tables w/ chairs, 20 - 25 square tables and 4 pieces of lounge seating on the main level and the lower level must include 8 lounge seating sections, 5 bistro tables and 4 low bamboo style seating tables.  Virtual Tour coming Soon.

 

Suite (A) Main level only has a total capacity of up to 150 guests.

Speak Easy (lower level of Suite A) has a total capacity of up to 99 guests and is NOT available on Saturday.

Suite (B) is a bi-level with the total capacity of up to 140 guests for both levels. 

(Capacity of 75-80 guests on the main level & Capacity of 60 guests on the lower level).

We are proud of our additional concert style venue Haven Entertainment Center

located at 932 E. 43rd St. is approximately 1/2 block west of Room 43. 

 

Haven has a total capacity of up to 300 guests with an exclusive citadel suite that over looks the large open space.  

 

The Citadel Suite is located on the upper level of Haven and has a total capacity of up to 50 guests (with a cocktail style setting).

FLEXIBLE FLOOR PLANS 

Let our staff help achieve your vision with a tailored floor plan for your event (with some exceptions). We are full of ideas on what works given your unique desires so just ask us!

 

In addition to layout items listed above the rooms will include 2 8ft tables for food. Clients can also choose to add available 60" round table and square tables to the room layout at no extra cost.

 
All suites must be cleared (including all event guest & cleanup) by 12am. We recommend that Client end the event and start the cleanup process 1 hour prior to mandatory closing time.  Please no glitter or confetti.

Rush Fee:  An additional rush fee of  $250 is applied to all events scheduled 2 weeks or less in advance of event date.

Please Note: 
Please note that events booked on holidays will have a $500 increase in rental price.

Clients are responsible for all creative productions including any and all, decorations, linens, music/DJs, bar requests and catering.  Nothing permanently attached to the Venue and all candles must be in votive.

CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION

A 50% deposit of the Venue Rental and signed Venue Agreement is required in order to confirm an event date.

Please Note:
All DEPOSITS are nonrefundable, relating to a breach of the Venue Agreement Conditions and nontransferable due to cancellation.  
 
 
VENUE SITE VISIT
Site visits are scheduled by appointment only. Special requests must be received at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Norflo Holding Corporation has the right to refuse rental events.
